Al Fresco Fitness – new Pilates and Aquafit classes

This picturesque farmhouse, once a Napoleonic bivouac, will host Pilates classes every Thursday and Saturday at 8.15 a.m. (€30 per class).


Those who prefer to splash in the infinity pool while getting fit, can opt for aqua fitness sessions on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays at 8.15 a.m. (€15 per class)

Let’s Get Musical

Le Mas Candille is taking the fun al fresco, with a series of under-the-stars evening concerts at restaurant La Pergola throughout the warmest months.

The Relais & Châteaux maison will satisfy all music lovers’ tastes by hosting ambiance jazz concerts with Loïca Kunstlich (14 and 19 July, 9 August); Gotha Club DJ Mozart will spin the decks on selected nights (4, 18 and 25 August) while acoustic guitarist extraordinaire Larry Lynch will blow guests away on balmy Provençal nights (2 and 23 August).


Calling all salseros, Le Mas Candille will also bring a touch of South America to the French Pré-Alpes with Latin nights led by Salsa guru Professor Fito. Complimentary dancing sessions will be followed by delicious antipasti tasting or dinner at La Pergola to refuel after all the twists and turns (28 July, 11 and 30 August).

Le Pergola Goes Gourmet


Every evening, Executive Chef David Chauvac will present an incredible selection of freshly caught, high quality seafood from the hotel’s local supplier Pêcherie Azuréenne, to be prepared à la minute. Then, on select nights Le Mas Candille’s artisan butcher, Formia Boucherie Parisienne, will showcase the finest meat cuts on the menu. On 15 July, dinner at La Pergola will be spiced up by an original fire-and-water-themed synchronised swimming show (three course dinner for €95 p.p.) Then, on 12 August, Executive Chef David Chauvac invites guests to take a gastronomic journey around Asia, with his exotic four-course dinner (€95 p.p).
